Official text of the legal rules.
In the event of any doubt or contradiction between the different language versions, the legal rules drafted in Spanish, which are the original ones, shall prevail.
1. Company organising the promotion
The companies ACEITES ABRIL, S.L. (registered office at Pol. Industrial S. Cibrao das Viñas – CL. 6 Nº18, Ourense; NIF B32218356) and A.C.R.X. REBULE ARNOIA (registered office at A Arnoia, Ourense; NIF G32466906) are organising, for promotional purposes, a prize draw (hereinafter, the «Promotion») of national scope, to be carried out through Instagram and Facebook, exclusively for users resident in Spain (mainland) and of legal age.
2. Start and end date
The Promotion shall begin on 24/07/2026 at 12:00 h and shall end on 28/07/2026 at 23:59 h.
3. Eligibility requirements and mechanics
Instagram: reside in Spain and be over 18 years of age; follow @aceitesabril and @pementosdearnoia; «Like» the prize draw post (24/07/2026); and leave a comment mentioning at least 1 personal profile of a real user. Each comment counts as one entry, and each user may comment an unlimited number of times, provided that different profiles are mentioned each time.
Facebook: same requirements, following Aceites Abril and @Festa do Pemento de Arnoia.
Mere participation entails the express and unconditional acceptance of these rules. The image rights and intellectual property rights that may correspond to each participant shall be deemed assigned in favour of ACEITES ABRIL S.L. and A.C.R.X. REBULE ARNOIA, with the participant accepting that their username may be published to announce the winners.
4. Terms of the promotion and prizes
Four (4) winners shall be selected (2 via Instagram and 2 via Facebook) and four (4) substitutes (2 per social network), by means of a random selection tool. Each winner shall receive 1 pack comprising: 1 jerry can of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5 L), 1 personalised T-shirt, 1 box of peppers, 2 tasting-menu tickets (peppers, croquettes, omelette and meat-stuffed peppers) and 2 tickets for the pepper ice cream at the XLVII Festa do Pemento da Arnoia. The jerry can of oil and the T-shirt shall be delivered to the winner’s home at the expense of ACEITES ABRIL, S.L.; the remainder (box of peppers and tickets) shall be collected at the festival stand.
5. Contacting the winner
The winners shall be informed on 29/07/2026 by means of a mention in the prize draw post and in the stories of both accounts. They must make contact by private message with @aceitesabril / Aceites Abril and send their personal data (name, surname, email, town and telephone number) to confirm acceptance of the prize, within a period of 48 hours. Should they fail to respond, the first substitute shall be contacted, who shall have 24 hours. If it proves impossible to contact either the winners or the substitutes, ACEITES ABRIL, S.L. reserves the right to declare the prize void.
6. Limitations
Should it become evident that a participant does not meet the requirements or that the data provided are not valid, their participation shall be deemed null and void. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for money or any other product, and its sale is prohibited. The organisers reserve the right, with just cause and prior notice, to amend, suspend or extend the promotion. The tax charges arising from acceptance of the prize shall be borne by the winner. Direct employees of the organising companies may not participate.
7. Publication of comments or opinions
Inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory comments shall not be permitted, nor shall any that infringe the rights of third parties or the principles of the right to honour, privacy and one’s own image. The organisers shall not be liable for any damage caused by participants’ comments.
8. Exemption from liability
The organisers shall not be liable for losses, thefts, delays or other circumstances attributable to third parties, nor for the use that participants make of the prize. They assume no liability in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, reserving the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion should fraud, technical errors or other reasons beyond their control arise.
9. Disassociation from Meta
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Meta, and participants therefore release this platform from all liability.
10. Protection of personal data
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, the personal data provided shall be the responsibility of ACEITES ABRIL, S.L. and A.C.R.X. REBULE ARNOIA and shall be used for the sole purpose of managing the prize draw.
11. Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify or extend these rules, insofar as this does not prejudice the rights of the participants.
12. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These rules shall be governed by Spanish law. For any claim or dispute, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Ourense shall have jurisdiction.
